Indoor venue is the Common Room in Maple Ridge Hospital Hospice building. It’s on the second floor on the opposite side of an open quadrangle so considerable moving of equipment is required. However, the room is small and doesn’t require big speakers nor headsets. Monitors and keyboard are adequate.

Outdoor venue is the large open-air quad in the middle of the building. Sound is difficult but doable in here; full sound is required and echos and feedback can be hard to tame.

      • Back under cover – and a welcome!

Well, it’s been a great summer at Settlers Park in PoCo – although I must say the open-air acoustics make it hard for us to hear each other. Our beloved B-flat bullfrog has left the pond, sadly, but his A-flat brother is filling in marvellously well. But it’s getting cooler and the evenings are starting sooner, so we’ll be moving back to our indoor venue come September. Our indoor rehearsals are normally closed affairs but if you’d like to sit in, please contact us .

    • Kudos!
